Tony DeMarino -President

Mr. DeMarino serves as the President of M3Sixty Capital and M3Sixty Distributors.

For over 25 years, Tony’s primary focus has been on the sales and marketing aspects of the business. Throughout his career Tony has held multiple senior roles leading distribution teams charged with building investment product awareness and growing profitable assets.

He draws on his successes and decades of experience from respected firms such as Scout Investments, Legg Mason, Manning Napier and Janus to ensure M3Sixty and its clients successfully navigate the challenging distribution environment.

Tony holds a B.A. degree in Economics & Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh PA. Additionally, Tony maintains FINRA Series 7, 26, 63, 65 and 66 licenses.

Richard Yates – Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Yates serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Legal Officer for M3Sixty Capital as well as President, CCO and Chief Legal Officer for M3Sixty Enterprises.

Richard has spent decades representing businesses primarily in the financial services sector. He has extensive experience representing investment advisors, broker-dealers, banks, registered and private funds, as well as operating businesses.

Mr. Yates has advised clients on a broad range of commercial topics such as: product design and distribution, federal investment regulation, institutional investing, contracts, public and private securities offerings, fiduciary best practices and corporate governance, as well as general corporate and business advice.

Mr. Yates received a B.A. degree from the University of Rochester and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School with cum laude honors.

Michael Stack, CFA – Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Stack serves as the Chief Investment Officer for M3Sixty Capital as well as Co-Portfolio Manager of the M3Sixty International Equity Strategy and the M3Sixty International Equity ADR Strategy.

Prior to joining M3Sixty, he was lead Portfolio Manager of the Scout International strategy-managing over $11 billion in international equities. Prior to joining Scout, he managed the European Equities Fund at Overseas Asset Management (OAM), an off-shore investment firm based in Grand Cayman.

Mr. Stack’s experience includes assisting in the management of European equity portfolios for U.S. Trust Company of New York in New York and London. Additionally, Michael worked as a research analyst for a domestic brokerage house in Slovakia and has over 26 years of financial industry experience.

Mr. Stack holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School in NY and a BComm degree from University College Dublin. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Kansas City, as well as the CFA Institute.
